This page provides clear step-by-step instructions for joining, logging in, getting started with your studies, and solving the most common issues.

If you are not used to using online services, don’t worry—simply follow the instructions calmly, one step at a time.

How to Join Universitas Divina

1. Open your internet browser and go to:

www.isrk.fi

2. Choose the membership, course, mini course, or e-book you would like by clicking on the product.

3. Click the button:

Join / Buy now

4. Enter your email address.

Important:
This email address will become your username for accessing Universitas Divina in the future.

Please use an email address that you can access.

5. Enter your payment details.

6. Create a password.

Very important:
Please write your password down on paper or save it somewhere safe.

You will need this same password every time you log in to Universitas Divina.

Summary:

• Username = your email address

• Password = the password you create

Once your payment has been completed successfully, your account will be activated.

How to Log In Later

If you have already joined as a member or purchased a product:

1. Go to:

www.isrk.fi

2. Look for:

Login

3. Click it.

4. Enter:

Email address
(the same one you used when joining)

Password
(the one you created when joining)

5. Click:

Login

You will now access your personal Universitas Divina account.

Forgot Your Password?

No problem.

1. Go to the login page.

2. Click:

Forgot password?

3. Enter your email address.

4. A password reset link will be sent to your email so you can create a new password.

If you do not see the email:

• check your spam or junk mail folder

• check your Promotions folder (if using Gmail)

How to Start Studying

Once you are logged in, you will see your student account dashboard.

There you will find all study paths and products you have access to.

For example:

• Spiritual Growth

• Teachings of Jesus

• Angels

• Prayer and Healing

Click on the study path you want to open.

You will then see all the teachings included in that study path.

Click the name of the teaching to begin.

What Do the Lock Icons Mean?

You may see a small lock icon next to some teachings.

This does not mean there is a problem.

The lock icon simply shows that the lesson has not yet been marked as completed.

After you have watched a teaching:

click the button at the end of the lesson:

Complete

When you do this:

✅ the lesson will be marked as completed
✅ the lock icon will disappear
✅ you can easily see which lessons you have already completed
✅ and which lessons are still waiting for you

This makes it easy to track your progress.

I Paid, but the Content Does Not Open

Sometimes the system may take a few minutes to update.

Please try this:

1. Log out

2. Close your browser

3. Reopen the website

4. Log in again

If the issue continues, please contact customer support.

My Payment Did Not Go Through

The most common reasons are:

• insufficient funds on your card

• your bank blocked the payment

• your card has expired

• your bank’s security settings blocked the transaction

Possible solutions:

• try again

• try a different card

• check your bank’s security settings

How Do I Update My Payment Card?

Log in to your account.

Open:

Account / Settings / Billing

From there, you can update your payment method.

I Cannot Find the Email

If you are waiting for:

• a login link

• a password reset email

• a purchase confirmation

please check:

• Inbox

• Spam / Junk Mail

• Promotions

Sometimes emails may take a few minutes to arrive.

Where Can I Find My Purchased Courses or E-books?

Log in using the same email address you used when making your purchase.

All your purchased products will be available in your account.
